The company brought in 365 and sent me on a course. At first I thought it would be a waste, however, the things I have learnt have helped me day to day and I don\'t know what I\'d do without the knowledge from the course.

I chose Infero training due to a recommendation from a colleague. The course booking process was easy and straight forward. I chose to do an MS Access course which was on a 1-2-1 basis with the trainer. The 1-2-1 method of training suited me as this meant the course ran at a speed that I was comfortable with. Upon returning to work, I had used my newly gained skills to create databases for the logging of our equipment, this wouldn\'t have be possible without the training at Infero.
The whole experience of using and attending Infero Training has meant that I have placed two of my staff on MS Office courses and I plan to send more staff MS Office training in 2014.

Prior to Adobe Photoshop CS6 course I had no formal training in such an area but I had some knowledge and understanding of the program and the expectations of what I would be learning. I was greeted with an informal atmosphere which put me at ease as I was apprehensive. All of the resources were available and in depth and I was able to learn in a personalised environment. The trainer was relaxed and clearly knowledgeable and constantly used positive feedback and reinforcement to check my learning.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and amazed myself at how easily I picked up the software; which is testament to the trainer and his skills at imparting his knowledge. The trainer also gave me advice on further study and recommendations as to my level.
A great relaxed working environment. If I had the opportunity I would definitely use Infero Training again.

The Team Leader course at Infero is brilliant! I sent 4 of our new Team Leaders along to the course in Slough. They had next to no leadership experience and had all only been in the role for less than 6 weeks. I asked Adam about a thousand questions before I booked as we were working with a limited budget and wanted to ensure the training was suitable. He was brilliant and didn’t lose patience with me!
What has impressed me the most is that those I sent have returned with improved confidence. Previously I had concerns that they were not attacking issues with their team members head on. They are now much more efficient and effective when dealing with the day to day challenges of team leading. They are now developing into leaders and I think this course had a big part to play. Thank you Infero!

I attended the time management 2 day course at Infero Training as I have just taken over a different department at work. This is stressful at the best of times but I was struggling to stay on top of things. The main thing I wanted to achieve was to allocate my energy more effectively and create a more efficient department.
I was amazed at the depth this course goes into. I must admit I hadn’t truly analysed why time was being misspent before I just knew that it was. By the end of this course I had a much more thorough understanding of my own working habits and how to change them. The trainer was brilliant and made the course fun and engaging. I am implementing what I learned on the course at work and have just created an action plan! Brilliant and well worth the money.

I sent myself and 10 of my staff onto the Infero Training Customer Service course (an even mix between shop floor and backroom staff selling Kitchen Interiors). We are a small business so it is essential that our service is of the highest quality every time. The day was very fun and interactive but I could see that my staff were learning a lot also (as was I). We covered topics I hadn’t thought of before and it opened my eyes as to how we could better engage our customers.
Since training I have seen a marked improvement from our staff, both those that greet the public face-to-face but also in our phone calls and e-mails. Customers are definitely more receptive and was have even seen an increase in sales! I would recommend Infero Training’s Customer Service course to anyone looking to take their staff from good to great.

I attended the “Effective Presentation” course in Manchester as preparation for my workplaces annual conference. It was my first time presenting to so many people (over 100) and naturally I was terrified! I’d given presentations to smaller groups (under 10) and had always been struck with anxiety before speaking. I am confident in almost all areas of life but public speaking is an area I have always felt very nervous about.
The course not only helped me to deliver the presentation with clarity and coherence (something my previous presentations had been severely lacking) but taught me to feel confident and in control whilst delivering. The trainer was extremely helpful and could tell that I wasn’t particularly confident in speaking in front of the group at first. He worked with me throughout the day and by the end I felt much more in control and natural. The trainer also gave me some specific advice with regards to presenting in front of larger crowds. The day came round and I would be lying if I said there weren’t nerves but I took to the stage. Remembering everything the trainer had taught me the presentation began and I…… actually enjoyed it! I got a huge round of applause at the end and I lost count of how many people congratulated me for it. I really can’t recommend this course enough. Brilliant!

I sent four of my call centre staff on the communication course because I wanted to expand their role within the company. They had very little contact with non-call centre staff prior to attending the course and I wanted them to feel comfortable communicating with more senior staff whilst also, improving interactions with customers over the phone. Booking the course was very easy, the staff were helpful. The training day was a huge success from our point of view. The delegates had been a little reluctant to go on the course initially as they were unsure they would learn anything. After they commented that they were pleasantly surprised and loved the trainer’s enthusiasm and expertise. Much recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the MS PowerPoint course, hosted by Infero. Samer is an excellent tutor and made what was new territory to me, interesting, understandable and fun. We progressed through the training at a comfortable pace and Samer took great care to answer my questions and dispelled any uncertainty before proceeding.
It was clear that Samer has wealth of experience and knowledge and he delivered an extremely high quality presentation which was consistently engaging. Having had no previous training on Microsoft office, I personally felt the need to enhance my (basic) skills and knowledge by enrolling on a course that would cater for my specific needs so that I could utilise these systems more effectively in the workplace.
The course offerings were perfect, as I was able to choose which level I felt I needed to attend (i.e. beginner, intermediate, advanced etc). Suada offered some very useful advice in deciding which course was most appropriate for me having established what level I was currently working to. Due to the sessions being on a 1-2-1 basis with just myself and the trainer Huseyn, the course was run at my pace, which was ideal as I did not feel there was any rush to cover the agenda in the allotted time. The workbooks were/are excellent as they explained every step clearly, which was complimented by the trainers contribution. The powerpoint slides also clearly illustrated the discussion points we were covering which aided me whilst completing the exercises. I found Huseyn to be very friendly, approachable and supportive on all three occasions I spent with him. Although I have not yet had much of an opportunity in utilising my new skills and knowledge on the systems, they will come in very handy when we will finally be upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 later in the year.
I thoroughly enjoyed the courses and would certainly recommend Infero should the need arise in the future.

We used Infero Training for our Sharepoint training (Site User) course. Most people attending the training had little or no experience using Sharepoint. I myself had no experience with it. They were very helpful in booking the course. Our in house training wasn’t comprehensive enough so we wanted to outsource to someone with expertise. Infero certainly provided this. Very clear and engaging throughout. The trainer was able to answer questions and give specific examples of how Sharepoint could help us to organise ourselves more efficiently.
